Refund policy

The buyer can return the product purchased from the seller within 30 days if defected, with detailed documentation of the defect and send pictures. When returning a product, it must of course be in its original condition together with packaging.

VALID FOR ALL PRODUCTS (except excluding product categories and cases)

• Warranty certificate or purchase note is a condition for delivery
• The product must be in its original condition
• The product is in the original packaging
• It is a condition that all accessories are included with the product on return.
• We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.  
• We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
